Our Repro Team have extensive experience in the flexographic pre-press industry. We offer technical support when preparing customer artwork for the flexo print process. A vital link between brand owners, design agencies and repro houses we ensure you get the most out of your label design and colour gamut.

Our ethos is to produce the best possible results from our customers artwork. What works for Litho or Gravure may not work for Flexo and vice versa, with this in mind we are always happy to advise and guide you through the label print process. Interket’s repro team is fully conversant with all print disciplines and therefore able to offer best practice advice.

As a pivotal department working between both the sales and production teams; our reprographics service ensures the necessary quality and technical checks are completed prior to print. We take great care in confirming label dimensions, accurate colour separation up to 7 colours before producing digital proofs for customer approval.

Label Sizes

We have an extensive store of tooling and cutting formes for label dimensions of all shapes and sizes used on both on-roll and sheet label stocks. To enquire about a label size or ask a repro related question please submit our simple enquiry form.

Proofing Process

We generally supply a PDF document via email of the print ready artwork for your comment/approval. However, this method does have obvious limitations in terms of colour representation. Therefore, we recommend a full colour cromalin produced on our GMG digital proofing system which provides an accurate representation of the CMYK elements of the finished label prior to print. This service can be requested at the point of order.

Advanced screening techniques enable us to extract the very best results from our clients’ designs. The Kodak Hyperflex Resolution Enhancement Technology has allowed us to achieve excellent halftones and vignettes enabling customers to submit complex designs to achieve maximum stand-out. Kodak Maxtone Hybrid Screening is modulated technology that delivers enhanced detail, smooth vignettes and improved highlight reproduction by allowing our prepress operators to restrict the minimum dot size and control the number of highlight dots in a frequency modulated-like manner. Our digital proofing system provides our clients with full colour proofs for an accurate representation of the finished label prior to print.
